Bloxham School is seeking a Minibus Driver to join our Operations and Logistics team on a part-time, term-time only basis. This is an important and rewarding role supporting the school community by ensuring pupils travel safely to and from school each day.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Operate a designated minibus route, collecting and returning pupils in accordance with the school’s transport timetable.
  • Build friendly, professional relationships with pupils and their families.
  • Carry out daily safety checks and basic vehicle upkeep (e.g. refuelling, cleaning, and reporting faults).
  • Maintain a safe and tidy vehicle, complying with road safety regulations and the school’s transport policies.
  • Assist with occasional additional transport-related tasks as requested by the Operations and Logistics Manager.

About You:

 We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a full UK driving licence with D, D1 or D1(101) entitlement.
  • Has held a driving licence for at least 5 years and is medically fit to drive in line with DVLA guidelines.
  • Is punctual, courteous, and takes pride in their work and appearance.
  • Is confident managing minor vehicle maintenance and following safety procedures.
  • Is available to work early morning and late afternoon shifts during term time.
  • Experience driving a minibus or similar vehicle is desirable but not essential.

Working Arrangements:

 20 hours per week, 06:00 – 08:00 and 18:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday
