Old Bloxhamists; Past, Present, and Future:
At Bloxham School, we believe in preparing our students for the “business of life”, and pride our ability to develop well-rounded, independently-minded, compassionate people with the skills and qualities needed to build successful and fulfilling lives. This, combined with our status as a Christian foundation school, is in-keeping with the vision of our Founder, Philip Egerton.
Bloxham’s “big-picture” approach has meant that we have always enjoyed a thriving community of Old Bloxhamists. The Old Bloxhamist Society was formed by Founder Philip Egerton and former Bursar, Charles Wilson to enable former pupils and friends to Bloxham to keep in touch with the school and one another. Today, Bloxham has an office dedicated to alumni activities and works closely with the Society to ensure that a breadth of social, careers, and sports events are provided, as well as maintaining a vibrant news stream.
Over the years the school has grown from a handful to over 440 students, become co-educational and added a range of fantastic new facilities. When Old Bloxhamists visit us, it makes us extremely proud to hear that whilst many aspects have changed and improved, the school continues to embody the values they remember so fondly.
We invite all former pupils of Bloxham to attend our events, if you are have not received any communication from us and would like to, please get in touch.
We are always keen to hear from our Old Bloxhamist community so if you have any news or information that you'd like to share, don't hesitate to get in contact.
