Are you a reliable, safety-conscious driver looking for a flexible and rewarding role?
Bloxham School is seeking a Minibus Driver to join our friendly Operations and Logistics team on a casual (zero hours) basis. You’ll be responsible for safely transporting pupils to and from school along a designated route, to and from sporting fixtures or excursions and play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our school community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive one of our school minibuses on morning and/or evening routes, to weekend fixtures/excursions, dependent on your availability
- Ensure pupils are collected and dropped off safely and on time
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and routine maintenance (e.g. fluid levels, tyre pressures)
- Keep the minibus clean and tidy, including sweeping and mopping
- Liaise with parents, students and teaching staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow all school transport and safeguarding policies
What We’re Looking For:
- A full UK driving licence with D, D1 or D1(101) entitlement
- Have held your driving licence for at least 5 years
- Fit to drive in line with DVLA requirements
- A responsible, punctual and approachable manner
- Able to work flexibly and attend training when required
- Previous experience driving a minibus or similar vehicle is desirable, but not essential
