The results of this year’s Senior Sports Day have now been reported and big congratulations to everyone who took part.
A particular well done to those students mentioned below on their impressive performances.
Louisa Heathcote won two events (the 100m and the long jump), as well as finishing in second in the 200m.
Jonny Stirrup won both the 100m and 200m in 11.63 seconds and 24.32 seconds respectively, both by a good margin, as well as missing out on first place in the long jump but just 5cm.’Seymour House were victorious in the 4 x 100m, anchored by Johnny.
Sam Manning’s threw 38.5m in the boys’ javelin.
Overall, well done to Raymond on being the overall winners amongst the girls, and Seymour who continue to dominate the boys’ sporting events. It was a brilliant afternoon and a impressive support from the sidelines. Well done everyone.
