It has been another successful year of GCSE results for Bloxham School.

Our Fifth Form students celebrated some excellent results in their GCSEs, with the first year of the majority of subjects using the 9 to 1 grading system.’The school was particularly successful in English, Sciences and Music.

Headmaster, Paul Sanderson, expressed his congratulations to the students: ‘Well done to all those Bloxham students who gained extremely good examination results. We have seen impressive scores across a wide range of subjects and I would like to thank all the Bloxham staff for making this possible in the turbulent times surrounding the reformed GCSEs. We are proud of the achievements of our Fifth Form students and I look forward to welcoming them back into the Sixth Form.”

Particular congratulations go to Venetia M (pictured above), who received the highest grade of 9 in ten subjects, including maximum marks in her Music Performance paper. An astonishing achievement.
