Two OBs, Adam Englefield and Ed Byass, are two thirds of the trio behind the music sensation Eton Messy, along with Adam’s university friend Charlie Wedd

Eton Messy, a urban dance music group who has been taking the UK’s music scene by storm, was set up by two OBs, Adam Englefield and Ed Byass, along with a university friend Charlie Wedd.

Eton Messy, who are prolific bloggers and renowned DJs, are one of the main providers of UK-based future garage and their sound has been described as a “velvety smooth, retro-tinted garage carefully curated for popular consumption.” Whilst Ed handles the business side of the band, Charlie and Adam have regularly put on sell-out club nights, as well as hosting their own stages at Bestival and Gottwood.

Their YouTube channel has more than 250,000 subscribers and they have a following of almost 100,00 on Facebook. The boys’ latest venture is to set up their own record label, and their latest tour will begin in Leeds on 24th October.
