Boarding Programme

Bloxham School boarders have a rich and varied programme of cultural and social
activities each weekend, following a Saturday morning of lessons and an afternoon
of sport.

Students have the opportunity to take part in activities at school, such as year group
dinners and house dances, as well as seeing other parts of the UK. Past excursions
have included:

• West End theatre performances, London
• Warner Bros Studios London – The Making of Harry Potter
• Blenheim Palace - the birthplace of Winston Churchill, Oxford
• Professional Ice Hockey matches, Milton Keynes

All students live busy lives. Some boarders may prefer to relax at weekend, whereas
others make the most of the school’s excellent facilities for swimming, gym and team
games. Students may also make use of the weekend for additional study.
