Visa Requirements

Students wishing to join from outside the European Union require a Child Student Visa.
In the UK, the visa process is managed by the UK Border Agency. The process can take

a little time to complete and therefore we recommend you make early enquiries with
UKBA about your case.

Minibus Airport Transfers

The school will carry out airport transfers to London Heathrow on the last day of each

term, and on the day before each term starts; this cost is included in the overseas
student's fees. Transfers to and from other airports can be arranged with taxis, coach
or train, but would be at a cost to parents. The school will also run one airport transfer
to and from Heathrow at short breaks such as exeat weekends or Bank Holidays.
Alternatively, there are frequent independent airport transfer bus or train services
between all London airports, should students fly into another destination and wish to
meet the school transport at London Heathrow. This should be arranged by parents
and the school must be advised well in advance.

Guardians

All international students should have a UK-based guardian. There are a number of
guardianship agencies specialising in this type of care and we recommend that any you

choose is accredited by AEGIS. If you would like more information about guardians,
