Celebrating a successful Gala Concert

Photographs taken at rehearsals

Over 70 Bloxham musicians excelled in the annual Gala Concert held at St Mary’s Church, Bloxham on Wednesday 20th March.

The audience were captivated by challenging repertoire played by our stellar ensembles whilst polished performances of Baroque concerti from Venetia M, Olivia W and Sam H enabled their musicianship to be celebrated in style. The Chapel Choir and Harmonix were in fine voice as they sang choral music by English composers and the Exham Choir made their debut at such a special event.

We'd like to say a huge thank you to all the students involved and the staff who made a very musical evening such a success.

One parent commented "It was a wonderful evening of first class music making and a real privilege to have been there."
