North Oxfordshire Schools' Hockey Festival

Primary Schools' Hockey Festival at Bloxham SchoolOn Friday 24th February, Bloxham School hosted the North Oxfordshire School Sport Partnership (NOSSP) Hockey Festival, in conjunction with Banbury Hockey Club and the Warriner school.

Students from Bloxham and the Warriner School helped to organise and run the event, acting as tournament organisers, umpires and coaches. The Festival was attended by Sibford Ferris, Sibford Gower, Dr Radcliffes, Christopher Rawlins, Wroxton, Bloxham, Shennington and Deddington Primary School and over 170 pupils took part.

It was really fantastic to see so many young players involved in the festival and thanks goes to NOSSP, Banbury Hockey Club and the Warriner school for bringing the event together. The overall winners of the tournament were Deddington Primary School and they will now go on to participate in the next round of the competition.
