The 2019/20 Bloxham School Eventer Challenge League Championships cumulated in style at Aston le Walls on Sunday 8th March with over 80 competitors from schools around the region.

Our Bloxham equestrian teams rode exceptionally well throughout the league series to qualify for the Championships in four out of five team classes, in addition to 13 individual combinations qualifying for the Championships in the individual league.

The results for Bloxham were spectacular with our teams taking first place and therefore becoming 2019/20 champions in the 90cm, 100cm and 110cm classes and a close run second place in the 80cm class. Our individual qualifiers also enjoyed the following Championship placings:

This is a fantastic result for the school, competing against strong competition, and a huge tribute to the hard work and dedication of the riders under the tutelage and guidance of their team manager Fran Bird. Thanks and recognition must also go to our dedicated parents who committed whole heartedly as support crew to the riders for each event.

All our competitors rode with style and confidence, it has been a pleasure to watch them develop in partnership with their horses throughout the series, setting them all up well for the coming eventing and show jumping season.
