OB Lieutenant General Sir Adrian Bradshaw, KCB OBE, Deputy Supreme Allied Commander, Europe, will be visiting Bloxham in December 2014 to carry out the next official inspection of his former school’s CCF department

Bloxham School CCF will receive the highest ranking visitor in its history when General Sir Adrian Bradshaw, KCB OBE, Deputy Supreme Allied Commander, Europe, visits his old school for its bi-annual CCF Inspection in December.

Previously Sir Adrian was Commander UK Land Forces and was promoted to General earlier this year when he took on his current role. This is a highly significant and prestigious command (his predecessors include Field Marshal Montgomery) and he is the second Old Bloxhamist to be appointed to it after General Sir Edward Burgess (1984-1987).
