Following a hugely successful inaugural Careers Breakfast Club, which saw various students have the opportunity to put their own questions to local businessmen Jon Carlton and Doug Eadie, we are delighted to announce the date of our next event. The next Careers Breakfast Club will take place on Monday 24th November, beginning at 7.30am in the Egerton Library.’

September’s Careers Breakfast Club saw around 12 students come together to enjoy breakfast in the Egerton Library with Jon Carlton of Bloxham Mill and Doug Eadie, Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor at Eadie Young Chartered Accountants. Both guests shared some really inspiring advice with our students, centring around the importance of work experience, the doors that can be opened through seizing these opportunities and how vital it is to ensure the development of the whole person.

Many thanks to Tobi Ng for supplying the overview of Jon Carlton’s career below:’
