Huge congratulations to two of our Upper Sixth Chemistry students on being the first at Bloxham to achieve gold medals in the UK Chemistry Olympiad. This is a fantastic achievement for both chemists who performed amazingly well in a very demanding test. To find out more, visit the link in our bio.
Congratulations to Mrs Heathcote and Mr Lear on completing the Alpine Snow Sport Leader Award in Zauchensee. Over six days, they navigated and lead through the Austrian Alps in preparation for the forthcoming school ski trip to Werfenweng in February 2025 - looking forward to it already!
Wet and windy weather challenged Bloxham's @dofeuk expeditioners this Easter. Our Gold students faced atrocious conditions in the Lake District with few breaks from the rain during their assessed expedition. Their assessor praised their teamwork and resilience and declared them well deserving of their Gold award. Meanwhile, over 40 Silver expeditioners acquitted themselves well during their practice expedition in the Yorkshire Dales, including climbing Pen-y-Ghent.
Welcome back everybody! We're delighted to have the Bloxham campus once again filled with the hustle and bustle of pupils and staff. We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday and has come back full of energy ready for the Summer Term ☀
